SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

All shipments are sent within three business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to four days during our sales period. The order will be sent to the address provided in the checkout process. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Swedish public holidays.

A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed.

All shipments are sent by Posten Sverige AB. The order will be sent to the address provided in the checkout process. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden and 5-10 business days for international, if anything else is not announced in our web store.

We will charge 30$/25€ for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact us at info@visualante.se immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us.

Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact us at info@visualante.se. When returning it you are responsible for the goods. We are not responsible for stolen goods.

In case of any technical difficulties regarding the quantities in stock we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Taxes and duties

European Union
If your country is part of the European Union (EU) prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.

Rest of the World
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend you to contact your local post office to obtain a landed cost estimate.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

Welcome to Visualante. The following Terms and Conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web store. This is what You can expect from us and what we expect from You. These terms and conditions can be adjusted from time to time.

§1 General

You can shop our product through our web store. If you have any questions please contact us at info@visualante.se for help.

All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled.

Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the Police. Visualante reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.

Maximum order amount is 10000 SEK.

No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.

Visualante holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, colour, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

You have to be majority of age to shop or have a guardian confirming your order. Leave name and phone number to this person at checkout.

§2 Delivery

§3 Payment

You have the following options:

  • PayPal Express (no login needed)
  • PayPal

When using PayPal Express or PayPal You pay immediately at checkout. When ordering You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When the package arrives You pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with a specific technology through PayPal. Visualante reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Visualante can also demand You to confirm the order separately by e-mail sent to the given e-mail address before your order is delivered.

§4 Return Policy

Swedish law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns see Konsumentverkets homepage for more information. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If You change your mind about a product You have to contact our Customer Service within this time. Visualante is unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for Sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product, You pay for the shipping cost. If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by Visualante, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to info@visualante.se before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:

§5 Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with a specific SSL-technology. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page You are visiting is secured. www.visualante.se uses PayPal’s payment services. According to Swedish law (PUL) Visualante has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give You good custumer service and updates for your interest. Visualante will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your consent.

§6 Force Majeure

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances Visualante will apply to Force Majeure. This means that these Terms & Conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs Visualante will try to inform You about this.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will enjoy your new Visualante products. If the items are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them. If so, please note the following:

Before you send your items back to us you need to send an e-mail to info@visualante.se. You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending them back unused, in perfect condition and in original wrapping.

Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense.

If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping method.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.

If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Visualante is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

 

VISUALANTE WARRANTY POLICY

All Visualante products are warranted against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Visualante Dealer. Visualante does not warrant any lens against scratches. Scratched lenses are considered as a normal occurance from everyday use. Alteration, misuse or abuse of a Visualante product will void its warranty.
If Visualante products are proven defective, Visualante will replace them at no cost to you.

How to make a warranty claim

E-mail us at info@visualante.se with your purchase information and warranty issues.

In order for us to warranty your eyewear you must notify us by email with information about what your warranty issues are. If a warranty is approved we will then give you a reference number that you must include with your products intended for warranty. Please do not send us any products without an approved reference number.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping method.
